Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items. We want you to love your items! If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to mail the item back. Simply email us with a clear photograph of the issue, and we will happily arrange for a free replacement or a refund.

Returns and Exchanges.
Because all of our products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size choices. Please refer to the sizing charts on the product pages before placing your order.
